Foundation Courses – Knowledge And Freedom

The Foundation Courses are a follow-on from our Introductory Course and we explore other great themes. These consists of one session per week for 10 weeks, each session lasting 21/4 hours. The only pre-requisite is the completion of our Introductory Course. Courses start the week of 2nd of February and end the week of 20th of April 2026. After the first 5 weeks, there is a mid-term break of 2 weeks, followed by another 5 weeks.
